EPCOR is tasked with relocating power, water, and drainage utilities to prevent conflicts with the Capital Line South LRT infrastructure. To align with the overall LRT project timeline, the City has asked EPCOR to complete utility relocations in certain areas along the LRT route before construction begins. Please refer to the attached project update for details on EPCOR’s work. While we are already active at these sites, expect changes in traffic patterns starting in early December.
